Group size: We can handle any size group. Price depends on the number of travelers. We highly recommend not less than 20 for the best rates/overall experience. When we have a group of 20 or more we can offer more surprises.
Duration: We can organize trips for 3 to 21 days depending on destination and organizations desires. We can help you with this decision. Generally, 8 days and 7 nights works best for adventure trips.
Time of year for travel: This will vary depending on destination. For example, Cuba, we recommend travel dates between late November and May. Colombia and Costa Rica have destinations for all months of the year.
Cuba trips: Cuba cannot accept US credit cards, ATM’s or travelers’ checks. Therefore, TREE itineraries cover most expenses, so clients do not have to bring huge amounts of cash. We guide participants through the currency conversion, so participants have the Cuba currency to cover incidentals, libations and make purchases of items made by the people such as art, music, crafts, etc.
